1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains what data the "ΑΕΠΠ Βοήθημα" app (the "App") collects, why, and what rights you have. The data controller is the App's developer, reachable at support@appalloo.com.

2. What data we collect

- Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics): when the App crashes or errors, a technical report (stack trace, device/app version info) is automatically sent to Firebase Crashlytics (Google), so we can identify and fix the problem.
- Usage statistics (Firebase Analytics): anonymized usage statistics (e.g. which screens are opened, key in-app events) are collected via Firebase Analytics (Google), so we can understand how the App is used and improve it.
- Progress & scores: your progress through chapters, quizzes, and practice exams is stored locally on your device. It is never transmitted to a server we operate.
- Purchase status (premium): if you purchase premium access, the purchase is handled entirely by Google Play. The App only receives your subscription status (active/inactive) from Google — we never see or store card or payment details.

We do not require account creation, and we do not collect your name, email, or phone number. We do not use ads or targeted advertising.

3. Why we collect it

- Crash reports are used solely to identify and fix bugs (legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the App running reliably).
- Usage statistics are used to improve the App (legal basis: legitimate interest).
- Premium status is used to unlock content you've purchased.

4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell data. The only third parties involved are:

- Google (Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics) — processes usage statistics and crash reports on our behalf.
- Google Play — handles in-app purchases, under its own privacy policy.

5. Data retention
Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics data is retained per Google's own retention policy. Your local progress is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data from your device settings.

6. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of your data. For any request, contact support@appalloo.com.

7. Minors
The App is intended for high-school students preparing for the Greek Πανελλήνιες exams and is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Security
The App's educational content is encrypted within the installation package. Connections to third-party services are made over HTTPS.

9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.
