ΑΕΠΠ ΒοήθημαThese Terms of Use apply to the app "ΑΕΠΠ Βοήθημα Πανελλήνιες" ("the App") by Appalloo Apps, Greece. By using the App you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use it. The Greek version of these Terms is the main version.
1. The service
The App provides study material, theory, exercises, quizzes and solved exam papers for the course ΑΕΠΠ (Application Development in a Programming Environment), to help students prepare for the Panhellenic exams.
The App is not official material of the Ministry of Education or any other public body; it is independent, supplementary study material. Always check the official school textbook, the official exam syllabus and your teacher's guidance.
2. Free & premium content
- Part of the content is free: Chapter 1, plus one theory section every day. The rest is unlocked with a premium subscription.
- The premium subscription is sold through Google Play, billed monthly or yearly. The price and billing period are shown before you buy.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can cancel at any time in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions; after cancelling, premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Purchases, prices, renewals and refund requests are governed by the Google Play Terms of Service; we do not handle payments or refunds directly. As a consumer in the EU you keep all the rights the law gives you.
3. Acceptable use
The App is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not interfere with how it works, get around the locking of premium content, or extract its content.
4. Intellectual property
The App's content (summaries, exercises, explanations, stories, images) is original material or adapted for educational use, and is protected by copyright. Republishing, copying or commercial use without permission is not allowed. The Panhellenic exam papers and references to the official syllabus belong to their respective bodies (for example the Institute of Educational Policy and the Ministry of Education).
5. Disclaimer
We work to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or entirely accurate, or any particular exam result. The countdown date is based on the official exam schedule; always check the official schedule. If you find a mistake, we'd be glad to hear about it.
6. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.
7. Termination
We may restrict or end access in case of misuse or breach of these Terms.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the App changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by Greek law.
