PinioThese Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the Pinio Android app ("Pinio", "the app"), made by appalloo ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please uninstall the app.
1. The app
Pinio saves where you parked and helps you get back. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful.
2. Price
Pinio is free to download and use. It has no ads and no account.
3. No guarantees
Location from your device can be inaccurate or unavailable, street addresses are approximate, and directions come from other apps.
Always check your surroundings, and follow traffic rules and parking signs. Pinio doesn't tell you whether parking is legal, paid or safe.
4. Your data
Your spots, notes and photos stay on your device and aren't backed up by Pinio. If you lose your device or uninstall the app, they're gone. You are responsible for keeping your own record of anything important. Our Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your information.
5. Other services
Maps, sharing and address lookups go through other apps and services, which have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for those services.
6. Intellectual property
The app, including its design, code, graphics and name, belongs to appalloo and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute any part of the app without our written permission, except as allowed by law. Open-source components included in the app are licensed under their own licenses.
Google Maps and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC. Pinio is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
7. Disclaimers
Pinio is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, that a saved location will be accurate, or that it will help you find your car.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using or being unable to use Pinio, including parking fines, a car you can't find, or lost data. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update Pinio or these Terms, and we'll change the effective date at the top when we do. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
