Notio: Life Organizer

Terms of Service

Effective date: October 23, 2026

Welcome to Notio! These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the Notio Android app ("Notio", "the app"), made by appalloo ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Using Notio

Notio is provided for your personal, non-commercial use, to help you organize and quickly reach your own information. You agree to use the app only as intended and not to misuse it, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful.

2. Not an emergency service

Notio helps you keep emergency contacts and information at hand, but it is not an emergency or medical service and does not contact anyone for you. In an emergency, call your local emergency number directly. Make sure the information you save, such as phone numbers and medical details, is correct and up to date.

4. Your content

5. Privacy

The app sends us anonymous usage statistics, crash reports and technical logs to keep it working and improve it. These never include the content of your Notios. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail what is collected, why, and your choices.

6. Third-party services

Some features rely on services from other companies, such as Google Play, Google Maps and Google's code scanner, and on the apps and websites you link to from your Notios. Their own terms and policies apply to those services, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Intellectual property

The app, including its design, code, graphics and name, belongs to appalloo and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute any part of the app without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

Notio is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose, or that reminders and notifications will always be delivered on time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, appalloo is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the app changes. The effective date at the top shows when they were last updated. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
