AppioWelcome to Appio! These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the Appio Android app ("Appio", "the app"), made by appalloo ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Using Appio
Appio is provided for your personal, non-commercial use, to organize and manage the apps on your Android device. You agree to use the app only as intended and not to misuse it, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful.
2. Uninstalling apps
Appio can help you uninstall apps, including several at once. Uninstalling an app usually deletes that app's data. Android asks you to confirm each uninstall, so please check what you select. Suggestions such as "unused" or "largest" apps are based on information from your device and may not always be accurate.
3. Free trial and purchase
- Appio is free to use for 7 days. After the trial, a one-time purchase unlocks Appio forever. There is no subscription and there are no ads.
- Purchases are made and processed through Google Play, under Google Play's terms. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.
- Your purchase is linked to the Google account you bought it with, so you can restore it on your devices that use that account.
4. Privacy
Appio reads information about your installed apps on your device, and sends us anonymous usage statistics, crash reports, technical logs and the package names of apps it needs to categorize. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail what is collected, why, and your choices.
5. Third-party services
Some features rely on services from other companies, such as Google Play. Their own terms and policies apply to those services, and we are not responsible for them. App names, icons and categories shown in Appio belong to their respective owners.
6. Intellectual property
The app, including its design, code, graphics and name, belongs to appalloo and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute any part of the app without our written permission.
7. Disclaimers
Appio is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose, or that its categories, sizes and usage figures will always be accurate.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, appalloo is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, including data lost when you uninstall apps, arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the app changes. The effective date at the top shows when they were last updated. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
