Terms of Use

Last updated: October 23, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Appalloo Apps, Greece, info@appalloo.com ("we", "us", "our"), and govern your use of the Alloo Locator mobile app and related services (the "Service").

By installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Alloo Locator is

Alloo Locator lets members of a private family group ("circle") share their location with each other, receive place alerts, see each other's location history and device status, chat, send SOS alerts and use Ring Loudly.

Everyone in a circle joins by invitation and can see that location sharing is on. The Service is designed to be used openly and with the knowledge of every person who is located.

You may only use the Service to share or view the location of people who know about it and have agreed to it, or of children for whom you are the parent or legal guardian.

You must NOT:
  • install or use the Service on another adult's device without their knowledge and consent;
  • use the Service to stalk, harass, monitor, control or intimidate anyone, including a partner, ex-partner, employee or any other adult;
  • try to hide the app, disguise it, or stop the person using the device from knowing that their location is being shared.

Doing so may be a crime. We will close accounts that break this rule and may cooperate with the authorities.
